RICK OSHMAN has a broad transactional practice that includes real estate, corporate transactions, and probate and estate planning.
Rick, a native Texan, was born December 3, 1944. He obtained his B.A. in economics with a minor in accounting and his J.D. from the University of Texas in 1967 and 1970, respectively.
He has served as a member and Chairman of the District 4-G Grievance Committee of the State Bar of Texas, as a member of the Business Law Section Special Committee on UCC Article 2A Leasing, is a member of the Texas Association of Bank Counsel and serves on the Title Insurance Subcommittee of the Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law Section of the State Bar of Texas.
He is a member of the American, Texas and Houston Bar Associations, and in 1997 was elected a Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation. His State Bar section memberships include Real Estate, Probate and Trust Law, Corporation, Banking and Business Law.
