Intellectual property and or unfair competition litigation relating to non-compete, non-solicitation, and non-disclosure agreements, trade secrets, patent infringement and licensing, trademarks, and copyrights.

Energy litigation, including royalty and working interest owner disputes, litigation relating to refinery and downstream production, commodities claims, and power plant financing and construction disputes.

Trusts, real estates, and other fiduciary litigation, including will contests, collateral probate trials, and ERISA disputes, with substantial jury trial experience in fiduciary matters in state, federal, and probate courts.

Real estate, including mechanic’s and materialmen’s liens, construction, real estate financing, landlord/tenant, and related partnership and other investment disputes.
